MUNYARADZI PAUL MANGWANA

FOUNDER/SENIOR PARTNER

BIO

Mr Mangwana is a well seasoned senior practicing lawyer with over 35 years’ experience in the field. He opened his firm in 1987 in Chinhoyi and has grown it to what it is today.

 

His first passion was criminal law and now he has branched out into various aspects of law including Property Law, indigenization, company registration and secretarial work, and estate law.

 

He also served in the Government of Zimbabwe as a Cabinet Minister from 2000-2008 in a number of portfolios. These included:

  • State Enterprises and Parastatals 

  • Labour and Social Welfare,

  • Information

  • Minister of Indigenisation and Empowerment.  

​

In April 2009, Mangwana was appointed to represent Zanu-PF as co-chair of the Parliamentary Select Committee that steered the making of Zimbabwe's new constitution which came into force in 2013.

​

Mr Mangwana has a diverse pool of knowledge regarding the law because of his extensive years of service. He has accomplished much by opening as many branches of his practice as he has and serving in the government in the time that he has.

​

His vision is inspiring and thus the continued support of him and his mission by all employees of the practice.

GEORGINA NDAVA

SENIOR PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANT | CHIREDZI BRANCH

BIO

Georgina Ndava is our Senior Professional Assistant who is based in Chiredzi practise and oversees that branch and the Masvingo branch.

​

Georgina has extensive knowledge and experience in the legal field, also having served as a Magistrate. With over 8 years cumulative experience in the Harare Magistrate's Court and Chitungwiza Magistrates Court. 

 

Her particular area of interest is Litigation, as being part of the Court system is what gives her the most satisfaction.

​

She is exceptionally experienced in:

  • Trial processes in both the Magistrate's and High Court

  • Research and Administration of estates


Georgina is growing the conveyancing practice within the practices she manages.

PRINCE MAHEMBE

HARARE BRANCH 

BIO
Prince is a 2014 University of Zimbabwe graduate. He has a special interest in Labour Law.

 

Prince has developed an interest in Civil Litigation and specializes in the following:

  • Drafting court pleadings 

  • Legal Advice and Arbitration.

VALENTINE ZVOBGO

KADOMA BRANCH

BIO

Valentine Zvobgo is the youngest member of the team who is as vibrant, energetic and willing to do anything as they come.

 

Valentine has a keen interest in litigation. Of particular interest to her, are issues regarding:

  • Marriage

  • Divorce

  • Maintenance for children and ex-spouses

  • Deceased Estates

  • Conveyancing.

​

She is chiefly interested in ensuring the underdog is not taken advantage of, and does whatever it takes to make sure this is not the scenario for her clients.  

TAWANDA JONASI

MUTARE BRANCH

BIO

Tawanda Jonasi based in Mutare, mainly focuses on:

  • Debt collection

  • Conveyancing

  • Property-related legal matters.

 

Mr Jonasi is well-versed in debt collection matters and serves our Manicaland clientele, representing them in the High Court and the Magistrate's Court.

TICHAONA DZIKITI

CHINHOYI BRANCH

BIO

Tichaona recently joined our company taking over the Chinhoyi Branch.

 

He is a generalised lawyer and has no specific interests except for litigation - where there is a court battle he wants to be part of the battle. He has a diverse portfolio of work and is passionate about research for his clients.

SABINA T. MANGWANA

HARARE BRANCH

BIO
Sabina T. Mangwana graduated from the University of Sussex, in Brighton United Kingdom, with an LLB (Hons) in 2013 and also completed her LLM in International Law graduating with Distinction in 2015.

 

She has a keen interest in Commercial Law, Property Law and Estate Law. Sabina focuses mainly in Property Law and works in the Conveyancing department.

 

Sabina also took an interest in the administration of the firm and is the Practice Manager for Mangwana & Partners

LILLIAN MUGWAMBI

HARARE BRANCH

BIO

Lillian Mugwambi is a Candidate Associate as well as the Human Resources Manager at the practice. She has almost 10 years of practice as a Company Secretary before she decided to join the legal profession.

 

Her particular areas of interest are:

 

  • Company Registration 

  • Deceased estates

  • Debt collection.

​

She is head of the Debt Collection Unit within the practice, and oversees all the clerks together with the various debt collection portfolios.
